Call 580-777-STAYIs this a done-for-you getaway?
Yes. This experience is designed to make planning easy for bachelorette weekends, girls’ trips, couples, and bachelor groups. You book the stay, send us your guest details and selections, and our concierge team coordinates the included spa or golf experience.
How do I make our spa selections?
After booking, simply send us each guest’s full name and preferred included service. Choose either the 1-hour Swedish massage or the Hot Stone Mani + Pedi. We handle the reservation details. If a guest wants to upgrade, that guest can call the spa directly and pay the upgrade difference directly to the spa.
Can I book a weekday?
Yes. The Connect spa experience is available 7 days a week, subject to lodging and spa availability. Just select an available stay and book.
Can we order food?
Yes. Food is not included in the package. Guests can order lunch or dinner directly from the spa, choose from restaurants inside WinStar, or order DoorDash when they return to The Connect.
Traveling with someone who does not want the spa?
The dome escape includes the spa experience for the included guest count selected in your reservation. If a room guest does not want to use an included spa service, send us a note after booking. Keep your lodging occupancy accurate; we’ll help coordinate the experience selections for the guests who are participating.
What if our bachelor group would rather golf?
Absolutely. Many bachelor groups prefer golf. Complete the booking as usual, then message us that your group prefers golf and send your preferred golf dates. Our concierge team will coordinate the included Redbud tee times. Golf-cart access is included with the Redbud golf option. Any upgrades or additional golf charges can be arranged and paid directly with the golf course.
Can everyone choose a different included experience?
Yes. Eligible guests can choose from the included options based on availability: a 1-hour Swedish massage, a Hot Stone Mani + Pedi, or two days of Redbud Golf.
